We will post an event report of Tsukuba Expo Center written by TIS (Tsukuba International School) high school students. This time, we will introduce November’s science craft ‘Very colorful! Rainbow color kaleidoscope’ (2021.11.13-28) in monthly events held on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.


TIS（Tsukuba International School）の高校生による、つくばエキスポセンターのイベント投稿。今回は毎月土日祝に実施している、科学教室から11月「とってもカラフル！「虹色万華鏡」（2021.11.13-28）」の様子をご紹介します。

The event ‘Very colorful! Rainbow color kaleidoscope’  is one of the many events dedicated to creating fascinating objects with everyday items and learning about science. In this event, we were able to create a light kaleidoscope and enjoy the different colors. The November event brought many families to get their hands sticky with tape and cut pieces of cardboard until they formed the perfect rectangular box which made it look like you could see rainbow stars!

「とってもカラフル！「虹色万華鏡」」は、日用品を材料にして魅力的な工作をしながら、科学を学ぶイベントのひとつです。このイベントでは、手軽な万華鏡を作り、さまざまな色を楽しく見ることができました。 11月のイベントでは、多くの家族がテープでペタペタと張り付けたり工作用紙を切り取って、たくさんの虹の星が見えるきっちりした長方形の箱を作りました。
